We love to support charity organisations that pass hand knitted and crocheted items directly to those who need them. Throughout 2025 & 2026 we are supporting Prince Charles Hospital Children's Emergency by supplying Comfort Teddies. These teddies are used to calm and soothe children in distressing situations.
Prince Charles Hospital gives approximately 30 teddies to traumatised children every month - so we are asking for help to supply these vital little teddies.
October Comfort Teddy DRIVE is live!
Make a pledge to knit or crochet 5 or more Comfort Teddies and we will provide a free yarn pack for you to make them.

Once you have made a teddy please drop it into the shop at Samford or mail it to us. We'll pass it on to the staff at Prince Charles Hospital. Know that the teddy you have lovingly crafted will be cherished by a child during their difficult time.
