Learning how to start and end a knitted project is one of the most satisfying parts of growing as a knitter.
From choosing the right cast-on that sets the tone for the whole piece to finding a bind-off that gives the perfect finish, each step shapes the final look and feel of the work.
As we explore different techniques, we begin to understand how each method affects stretch, structure, and style. And with every new project, starting becomes less daunting and finishing becomes a moment of pride—a reminder of how far our skills have come.
We will also explore different seaming options along with why blocking is so important.
This is more of an information session with some swatch/gauge making.
