Class - Sock Academy I - Beginner Sock Knitters

Ever wanted to learn how to knit socks?  Well now is the time!  Learn all the basics of knitting a pair of “cuff down” socks in beautiful hand dyed yarn.  Jo or Debbie will guide you through all the basics during 3 x 2hr workshops spread over a 3 week period.

Week 1 - cast on using double pointed needles and conquer the cuff

Week 2 - learn how to do the heel

Week 3 - do the toe and finish 

Learn all this and more in a fun and friendly class.

What’s included:

One skein of beautiful Merino/nylon hand dyed yarn from Birdhouse Fibres or a fun ball of Zauberball Crazy Sock.

One set of double pointed needles.
