Summer Tee Knit Workshop

Spring has arrived, so its time to get your needles moving and knit a cool, summer tee. 

This year we are offering two patterns - one for beginners and one for those wanting a challenge.

Beginners - Tolsta Tee by Rebecca Clow

This is one of the hottest patterns on Ravelry at the moment, and for very good reason. 

The Tolsta Tee is a perfect basic raglan t-shirt that can be the canvas for all of your creative ideas - stripes, no stripes, eyelets - your choice.  We are recommending this be worked in 8 ply / DK weight yarn - our sample is in Lucca.

Looking for a challenge - we have picked the beautiful Rigmor Tee by Petit Knits. 

This pretty tee is worked in the round on a circular needle from the bottom up with raglan decreases to shape the yoke. The Rigmor Tee has a feminine and simple lace pattern on both body and sleeves.  We have worked the sample in 8 ply / DK Allino Linen/cotton blend.

We spend a lot of time putting these workshops together and selecting suitable yarns.  We are offering 10% discount on yarn for this project for those booking in.  

Please Note:  to be successful with your summer tee you need to be prepared to commit to at least 8 hours of knitting (outside of class times) per week.
